• Exports: Advisory on FEMA provisions and Guidance on transaction processing by the Authorised dealer and RBI.
• Compounding of FEMA violations: The process addresses resolution of contraventions of regulations under FEMA through a procedure known as Compounding. The compounding process is a quasi-judicial process and is administered by RBI. Our experts would provide regulatory guidance for the entire process.
